Strength Training in Liverpool: Prices, Packages, and What to Expect

If you're considering strength training in Liverpool, one of the first things you might want to know is the price. In this post, we'll break down strength training Liverpool prices, factors affecting them, and how to choose the right package for your fitness goals.

How Much Does Strength Training in Liverpool Cost?

Prices are going to depend on a few factors.

  • 1:1 Personal Training vs Group Personal Training: Doing group coaching sessions will cut the cost considerably. If you know that you need 1:1 training sessions, expect to pay a little more for that dedicated time and attention. However, there’s a difference between group coaching and a fitness class!

  • Training Type: General strength training, Powerlifting or Strongman? To be honest, even with general strength training, I would still go to a strength coach specialising in strength training to see better results. Anyone specialising in a certain area of fitness is going to be charging more than someone who’s new to personal training and doesn’t yet have an area of expertise.

  • Duration and Frequency of Sessions: The longer the session the more frequently you want coaching, the more it’s going to cost. While the cost per session might come down if you choose to do more than one session a week, it’s still going to add up so bear that in mind if you’re asking for a quote.

Different Strength Training Packages Available in Liverpool

If you’re interested in training with us, we have 1:1 Personal Training as well as Group Personal Training sessions. We do monthly packages rather than one-off sessions or block bookings, this is so you can get a complete strength training experience from us, including session plans for you to do in your own time.

We also offer online coaching options, which can provide you with a more flexible approach to training.

What Affects the Price of Strength Training in Liverpool?

The experience of the coach as well as the gym itself is going to affect the overall cost of strength training packages. We have as having specialist qualifications and we also coach people to a high standard, meaning we have the knowledge and expertise to help you get results quicker.

We’re also an independent gym filled with expensive strength training equipment, it’s not as easy to keep costs down as it is for a big box commercial gym that has countless members who don’t even use their gym but continue to pay for it.

We also personalise our clients programmes, even if you’re doing group coaching. We’re not people who offer group PT and run it as a fitness class where everyone does the same thing.

Is Strength Training in Liverpool Worth the Investment?

When considering strength training prices in Liverpool, it’s essential to think about the long-term benefits.

Is learning proper strength training methods a better way for you to get into a consistent routine that you’ll actually enjoy and will stick to for the foreseeable future? What if it also helps you retain and develop muscle mass and learn to lift without painful joints causing an issue? That sounds like a worthwhile investment to me.
