What is group personal training?

Proper group PT is more than a fitness class, we'll provide you with expert coaching at a lower cost than 1:1 PT.

We aim to keep our sessions capped at a low number to make sure everyone gets the attention and tips that they need.

Group Personal Training vs Fitness Classes:

Group PT: Gives you personal support, helpful feedback, and a training plan. Every session is designed to help you reach your goals.

Fitness Classes: Usually, everyone is given the same workout without personal changes.

Group PT helps you get more from every workout because it's personalised to you. This is why we cap it at a low number.

4-week timeline

  • Week 1: Laying the Foundations

    What: Find the right exercises for you and see how strong you are.

    How: We’ll test your abilities to choose the best exercises. You’ll learn to lift with good technique while spotting any weak areas.

    Why: This builds a strong base so you can train safely and improve over time.technique and identify any weaknesses or imbalances.

  • Week 2: redefinding technique

    What: Get better at the main barbell lifts with proper form.

    How: Focus on the right movements, joint alignment, and muscle use. We’ll use video and real-time feedback to help you improve.

    Why: Good technique makes lifting easier and helps you safely lift heavier over time.

  • Week 3: increasing intensity

    What: Slowly make your workouts harder to challenge your muscles.

    How: Lift heavier while keeping good form. This week, you’ll also do more accessory exercises to support your main lifts.

    Why: Adding intensity helps build muscle and strength, making you stronger and more capable over time.

  • Week 4: testing strength

    What: Assess your progress with 1-5 rep max testing for barbell lifts.

    How: We’ll reduce the volume and focus on testing your max strength. You’ll do sets of 1-5 reps for all main lifts.

    Why: Testing your strength allows you to measure progress and set new goals. It provides a clear picture of your strength.
