    Want to try out our gym for free before signing up? We’re offering free day passes for your first visit to see if it’s the right fit for you.

  • PT taster session

    If you’re not confident training alone or if you want to try out personal training start with a taster session.

  • Group coaching 4-week intensive - from £97

    Step up your training skills with Essential Strength's 4-Week Intensive strength training programme.

    Join like-minded individuals in our Group Coaching sessions, led by one of our expert strength coaches.

    Over the course of four weeks, you’ll get involved in targeted workouts, get personalised guidance, and be part of a supportive group atmosphere.

Do you offer 1:1 Personal training?

Yes, but on a very limited basis.

We understand that sometimes 1:1 is going to be a better option for some people, whether that’s because they require more dedicated attention or if they’re simply not able to attend the group coaching times.

These sessions work out at just under £37 per session. To get started with 1:1 PT, you can apply the same way by starting with a taster session.
