  • 1:1 personal training bundle to fast track your progress

    Step up your training skills with Essential Strength's intensive strength training program.

    Work through 3 × 1:1 Personal Training sessions to cover the fundamentals of strength development.

    Over the course of the sessions, you’ll get involved in targeted workouts, get personalised guidance, and be part of a supportive atmosphere.

    Afterwards, you can choose to continue with 1:1 coaching or do small group coaching instead.

What happens afterwards?

You can do group coaching or 1:1 PT

After you finish Fast Track to Free Weights, you’ll be equipped to join one of our group coaching packages. You can choose from 1-3 x coached sessions per week, and also get gym access, plus your own training program from £20.50 per week.

Sometimes, 1:1s are going to be a better option for people, whether that’s because they require more dedicated attention or if they’re simply not able to attend the group coaching times.

After the intro phase, you can sign up for a monthly package. These sessions work out at just under £37 per session and also include gym access and a training program.
In any case, you can get started with a taster session before getting Fast Track to Free Weights to make sure it’s the right fit.
