Our process of getting consistent in the gym didn’t come from growing up ‘sporty’. Instead, it began in a place very much like where you might find yourself today…

Even if you continue onto one of our monthly coaching packages, you can still cancel at any time. No long-term contracts or ridiculous cancellation periods.

How to Book Sessions:

  • Booking System: Clients can easily book their sessions via our online booking system. Simply choose a time slot that fits your schedule.

PT Time Slots:

  • Weekdays: From 12 PM to 8 PM.

  • Saturdays: From 9 AM to 1 PM.

Flexibility in Session Attendance:

  • Session Variety: You don’t have to attend the same time slot each week. You can choose different sessions based on your availability and needs. This flexibility ensures you can always fit your training into your schedule.

Two Things Most People Get Wrong About Strength Training

Before you get started, there are two important concepts that can help you better understand your training and results.

  • Toning vs Muscle Gain: "Toning" isn't a separate type of training. Most people use the word to describe losing body fat while maintaining or building muscle so they look more defined. Strength training and appropriate nutrition can help support both goals.

  • Muscle Gain vs Strength Increase: Although the two are related, they're not exactly the same thing. Some training methods place more emphasis on building muscle size, while others focus more on increasing strength.
