Your in-Person coaching options

We offer both group coaching and 1:1 personal training trials to help you figure out which option is best for you. During your trial you’ll experience guideance towards how to achieve your fitness goals and get the first hand experience of coaching.

GROUP COACHING

My Fast Track to Free Weights programme is perfect for those who thrive in a social, supportive environment. With a maximum of 5 participants per group, you'll get plenty of individualized attention and the added motivation of working out with like-minded individuals.

If you prefer a more personalised approach, our 1:1 personal training option is the way to go. You'll work one-on-one with a dedicated trainer to create a customised workout plan that meets your specific needs and goals. This option also includes nutritional coaching!

What’s included

Personal Training Trial

A personalised approach to training going over everything that you’d like to learn in a 1:1 basis

  • 2 x 60-minute 1:1 sessions over the course of two weeks - plus unlimited access to the gym for independent workouts during your trial.

  • Choose from a 1-hour time slot from 3-6.30 PM Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3-7 PM on Wednesdays and Fridays or Saturdays around my group coaching session.

  • The trial provides you with 2 x discounted coaching sessions at 50% off the normal rate as well as an opportunity for you to try out the gym without paying for a membership or day pass.

Fast Track to Free Weights

My group coaching programme takes you from the basics of weight training all the way to barbell lifts

  • This trial is for a weekly session for 6 weeks. You get unlimited access to the gym for the first 2 weeks and then for the following 4 weeks, 4 x day passes are included in this package.

  • Choose from 6.30 PM on Tuesday and Thursday evenings or Saturday mornings at 10.30 AM - sessions last 90 minutes.text goes here

  • This package includes a 6-week training programme (2-3 training sessions per week though you can just train once a week if you prefer). This gives you a chance to try out group coaching at a discounted rate without paying for a gym membership!

Hi, I’m Kim! I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and a Certified Level 4 Nutrition Coach.

My aim is to take you from feeling overwhelmed with your workouts to following goal orientated training programmes that suit you and your lifestyle.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for 5 years specialising in weight training for women, and I know all about the challenges you face and how to combat them.

I’d love the opportunity to help you find your true potential when it comes to your training and nutrition.

 FAQs

  • I’ll be honest, it might not be. If you don’t have any experience at all it might be difficult to make progress following a programme like this. I'd suggest starting with fitness classes or basic home workouts first!

  • The gym I’m based in offers a 2-week trial where you don’t have to pay for a membership.

    As the 1:1 trial covers two weeks, you don’t have to pay any extra to come in to train in your own time.

    The group coaching package includes the 2 week trial to the gym, and covers you for 4 x day passes after that but you can upgrade to a one-off month.

  • I've made my in-person options as affordable as possible based on the quality and value you get. 1:1 with me covers much more than your average PT session and group coaching is far more effective than a regular gym class.

  • After the trial period, you’re more than welcome to just leave it there if you don’t want to carry on. You’re not locked into any commitment period.

    If you do continue to train with me, it’s just a monthly rolling contract.
