I haven’t always felt this way about the gym

I'm sharing my story because I speak from personal experience. When I was younger, I was never into sports, and P.E. classes in school were a nightmare for me. So, when I first stepped into the gym, I was a complete beginner.

All the fitness advice out there overwhelmed me and I felt so confused. I had no clue where to start, and my primary focus was on my appearance, which ended up having a negative impact on me.

But now, everything has changed for the better and I can help you do the same.


I've shifted my focus to performance-based goals, with more visible muscle definition becoming an extra bonus. My workouts are all about pushing my limits and challenging the stereotypes about women's capabilities.

As a result, exercise has become an enjoyable part of my life, enabling me to have a healthier relationship with my body and boosting my self-confidence.

Strength training has given me a sense of accomplishment and pride in what my body can do!

And I give my clients the skills they need to do it too.

Frequently asked questions

  • You can train as little as once a week but with all of my training packages you’ll receive a training programme to do in your own time.

  • No but if you don’t have any experience of exercising in a gym I would suggest going for the 1:1 training option.

  • At the very minimum, they should have a Level 3 Personal Training qualification.

    On top of that, I also have certifications for training people with health conditions, adapting exercise for pre and postnatal clients and a Level 4 in Nutrition.

  • In my experience, yes, I’m confident training people with health conditions and working around injury.

  • Yes, but it’s best to have advanced qualifications in nutrition, such as a Level 4, as the nutrition modules in a PT qualification are very basic.

    I can absolutely help you with nutrition but it’s only included with my 1:1 Personal Training option.

    You can add it onto your group coaching package for a little extra though.

  • The average going rate for PT on this area is £30 a session. Given my experience and expertise I charge around £35 per session (as a monthly fee).

    To provide people with more options, I also offer group coaching, which gives people the opportunity to get personal training at a lower cost.

    You don’t have to know other people in the group! You can join by yourself.
