Hi, I’m Kim! I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and a Certified Level 4 Nutrition Coach.

My aim is to take you from feeling overwhelmed with your workouts to following goal orientated training programmes that suit you and your lifestyle.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for 5 years specialising in weight training for women, and I know all about the challenges you face and how to combat them.

 FAQs

  • I’ll be honest, it might not be. If you don’t have any experience at all it might be difficult to make progress following a programme like this. I'd suggest starting with fitness classes or basic home workouts first!

  • Without any equipment, I would suggest going for the group programme where you can be assigned an at home bodyweight based option.

  • No, but it would be useful. Many of my clients do weighted workouts at home, some even have a home gym set up! Saying that, you’ll have so many more options with your exercise selection if you have a gym membership.

  • I've made my online options as affordable as possible. Even the group coaching option still provides that well-sought-after human contact. And my premium option offers a lot of valuable 1:1 time. These options offer so much more than any fitness app will.

  • All programmes are via a monthly rolling contract apart from group coaching. With the 1:1 options you can decide to cancel after one month. With group coaching, you’ll be able to see the entire 12 week programme so it’s a 3 month commitment.
