  • Yes! It's a simple one-off payment to introduce you to the gym. From there you can decide on whether you'd like to join the gym by getting a gym membership, coaching packages or one-off day passes.

  • Our taster sessions are different because you don't have join the gym first and we'll be going in-depth into how to do the exercises rather just showing you around and doing demonstrations. We also take your wants and needs into consideration to create a personalised approach to your session.

  • The instructed side of it will be 30 minutes long. After that, you're welcome to stay and train for as long as you want, we'll still be around so if you need more help, you can just ask us.

  • Yes, we understand that life gets in the way. Though we'd prefer if you can give us notice in advance, you can reschedule your session if something comes up - please note that we won't be issuing refunds if you fail to turn up.

  • After the taster session, you'll have a chance to train in the gym by yourself. After your workout, you'll be sent a link to show you how to purchase a gym membership as well as how to purchase day passes if you'd prefer to pay as you go.

  • Yes, it's personalised so any level can come train with us. If you're a complete beginner, we'll show you the basics and you can always ask us for some advice in the future when you're ready to try something new.

  • Yes, we have online fitness memberships as well as 1:1 online coaching options.

  • Doing your first session with us is completely commitment-free, think of it as a trial session to see if you like the gym. There's no obligation to sign up afterwards, we'll just give you more info about your options.
