We have been personal trainers for a combined 18+ years and during that time we’ve tried and tested many strength training programmes on ourselves and on clients. Basically, we know what works.

Because of this, we've decided to offer one signature training programme that can be adapted to suit your individual wants and needs. We offer regressions and progressions as well as exercise alternatives so you can change the workout based on what you have access to and how many days you want to train.

This means that you can utilise the programme for home workouts if you have a home gym set up, however you do need a range of equipment that will allow you to gradually increase the weight used.
